SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Marvin E. Schlosser, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of July 9, 2009, in addition to the assignment set forth in that Order is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel, effective immediately and until further order.
