SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Timothy J. Sullivan, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective February 26, 2010 or until further Order; and
It is further ORDERED that during this recall continuation Judge Sullivan will be temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Passaic County (Vicinage 11); the Superior Court, Civil Division, Morris and Sussex Counties (Vicinage 9); and the Superior Court, Civil Division, Hudson County (Vicinage 6); and
It is further ORDERED that during this recall continuation Judge Sullivan also will continue to be assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
