IT IS ORDERED that, effective immediately and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Ned M. Rosenberg is designated as Supervising Special Civil Part Judge for the Essex Vicinage (Vicinage 5). This amends the 2009-2010 General Assignment Order
dated July 2, 2009.
