SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Martin E. Kravarik, retired and on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective January 14, 2010 or until further order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Kravarik will remain assigned to the Civil and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Middlesex County (Vicinage 8).
