NOTICE TO THE BAR

IT IS ORDERED that the November 2, 2009 Order cross-assigning identified Municipal Court judges to all other vicinages for specific dates for the limited purpose of handling all matters within the jurisdiction of the Municipal Courts on those dates in cases resulting from the Fugitive Safe Surrender Project being conducted November 4, 2009 through November 7, 2009 in the Essex and Union Vicinages, is hereby amended follows:
