It is ORDERED that, effective November 2, 2009 and until further order, Assignment Judge B. Theodore Bozonelis, in addition to his duties as Assignment Judge, is hereby designated as the General Equity Disqualification Judge for Vicinage 10 (Morris and Sussex Counties). This amends the 2009-2010 General Assignment Order dated July 2, 2009.
