FEE ARBITRATION SECRETARY NEEDED FOR DISTRICT XIII
(HUNTERDON, SOMERSET AND WARREN COUNTIES)
The Office of Attorney Ethics is seeking an attorney to serve as a volunteer Secretary to the District XIII (Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren Counties) Fee Arbitration Committee commencing January 4, 2010.
The secretary administers the committee and processes all requests for fee arbitration in the district in addition to answering calls from the bar and the public. The secretary must have a law office in Hunterdon, Somerset or Warren Counties. Quarterly emoluments of $2,625.00 are paid totaling $10,500.00 per year.
