NOTICE TO THE BAR

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Donald S. Coburn, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective immediately or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall, Judge Coburn is temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division of Superior Court as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program (CASP) and to serve on such Appellate Division Parts as ordered by the Appellate Division Presiding Judge for Administration.
