NOTICE TO THE BAR

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that, effective September 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009, Superior Court Judge Edward M. Neafsey is hereby assigned to the Superior Court, Criminal Division, Monmouth County (Vicinage 9); and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that, effective October 1, 2009 and until further order, Judge Neafsey will be assigned to the Superior Court, Criminal Division, Mercer County (Vicinage 7);

This supplements the 2009-2010 General Assignment Order dated July 2, 2009.
