NOTICE TO THE BAR

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Timothy J. Sullivan, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of February 5, 2008, as supplemented by the Order of March 24, 2008, in addition to the assignments set forth in those Orders, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Passaic County (Vicinage 11), effective retroactively from July 1, 2009 and until further Order.
