NOTICE TO THE BAR

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that, effective September 1, 2009 through October 19, 2009, Appellate Division Judge Donald G. Collester, Jr. is hereby assigned to the Appellate Division of Superior Court to serve on such Appellate Division Parts as ordered by the Appellate Division Presiding Judge for Administration; this supplements the 2009-2010 General Assignment Order dated July 2, 2009.
