NOTICE TO THE BAR

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that effective September 1, 2009, the provisions of the Court’s September 7, 2007 Order, which reassigned the previously designated Risperdal/Seroquel/Zyprexa litigation mass tort from Superior Court Judge Bryan D. Garruto to Superior Court Judge Jamie D. Happas, are hereby amended so as to reassign all such matters to Superior Court Judge Jessica R. Mayer, in the Middlesex Vicinage, with all specific references in that prior order to Judge Happas to be read as references to Judge Mayer.
