NOTICE TO THE BAR

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that effective October 1, 2009 and until further Order, Tax Court Judge Patrick DeAlmeida is hereby designated as the Presiding Judge of the Tax Court pursuant to Rule 1:33-2(e), succeeding Tax Court Judge Joseph C. Small in that designation. 

This amends the 2009-2010 General Assignment Order dated July 2, 2009.
