NOTICE TO THE BAR

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that effective August 1, 2009 and until further Order, Assignment Judge B. Theodore Bozonelis, in addition to his regular duties as Assignment Judge, is hereby temporarily designated as the Acting General Equity Presiding Judge for Vicinage 10 (Morris and Sussex Counties).

This amends the 2008-2009 General Assignment Order dated June 24, 2008.
