It is ORDERED, pursuant to Rule 1:22-1(a), that Suzanne J. Frankland, Esq.  is designated as Vice-Chair of the Supreme Court Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law ("UPLC") effective immediately for the remainder of the one-year term ending December 31, 2009.
