It is ORDERED that effective upon the taking of his oath and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Charles E. Powers, Jr. is hereby assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Bergen County (Vicinage 2); this supplements the 2008-2009 General Assignment Order dated June 24, 2008.
