NOTICE TO THE BAR

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that effective June 15, 2009 through August 31, 2009, Assignment Judge Ronald E. Bookbinder, in addition to his regular duties as Assignment Judge, is hereby temporarily designated as the Acting Criminal Presiding Judge for Burlington County (Vicinage 3).

This amends the 2008-2009 General Assignment Order dated June 24, 2008.
