SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED, effective immediately, that Superior Court Judge Alexander P. Waugh, Jr. is assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, Part H. This supersedes Judge Waugh’s temporary assignment to the Appellate Division as effected by the 2008-2009 General Assignment Order dated June 24, 2008.
