SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, effective immediately, Superior Court Judge Francis P. DeStefano is hereby assigned to the Superior Court, Family Division, Monmouth County (Vicinage 9); and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that, effective immediately, Superior Court Judge Thomas F. Scully is hereby designated as the Presiding Judge, Criminal Division, Superior Court, Monmouth County (Vicinage 9); and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that, effective immediately, Superior Court Judge Richard W. English is hereby assigned to the Superior Court, Criminal Division, Monmouth County (Vicinage 9);
This amends the 2008-2009 General Assignment Order dated June 24, 2008.
