SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Charles A. Little, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective March 12, 2009 or until further order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Little will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil, Criminal, and Family Divisions of Superior Court in the Burlington Vicinage (Vicinage 3).
