SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Mahlon L. Fast, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of April 8, 2008, in addition to the assignment set forth in that Order is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Essex County (Vicinage 5), effective March 9, 2009 and until further order.
