SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge John A. McLaughlin, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective immediately through February 10, 2011, or until further order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall Judge McLaughlin is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, on a statewide basis to handle cases under the New Jersey Sexually Violent Predator Act (N.J.S.A. 30:4-27.24).
