Retraction of Attorney Placed on the 2008 Ineligible List
The New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection declares that Sean W. Higgins, Esq., who was admitted to the Bar in 1993, should not have been included on the 2008 Ineligible List. Mr. Higgins was included on the List due to circumstances beyond his control. The Fund regrets the error.
His name should be stricken from the Court Order dated September 22, 2008 and published September 29, 2008.
