Retraction of Attorney Placed on the 2008 Ineligible Attorney List
The New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection declares that Claire Bailey, Esq., who was admitted to the Bar in 1999, should not have been included on the 2008 Ineligible List. Ms. Bailey was included on the List due to circumstances beyond her control.
Her name should be stricken from the Court Order dated September 22, 2008 and published September 29, 2008.
