Retraction of Attorneys Placed on the 2008 Ineligible List
The New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection declares that Leslie Morioka, Esq. and Lakshmi Srinivasan, Esq. should not have been included on the 2008 Ineligible List. Therefore, they experienced no period of ineligibility. Their names should be stricken from the Court Order dated September 22, 2008 and published September 29, 2008.
