SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
Pursuant to Rule 1:19-1, it is ORDERED that the following individuals are reappointed to the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics (“Advisory Committee”) for three-year terms beginning January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2011:
Alan I. Gould, Esq.;
Anne C. Singer, Esq., and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that effective immediately George M. Conk, Esq. is appointed to the Advisory Committee to complete the unexpired portion of a three-year term ending December 31, 2010; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed to the Advisory Committee for three-year terms beginning January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2011:
Gary E. Linderoth, Esq.;
Steven Menaker, Esq.; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that Steven C. Mannion, Esq., is designated to serve as Advisory Committee Chair and Richard J. Badolato, Esq., is designated to continue to serve as Advisory Committee Vice-Chair for the term January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
