SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Judge Irwin I. Kimmelman, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective January 5, 2009 through September 9, 2010 or until further Order; and
It is further ORDERED that during this recall period Judge Kimmelman is temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division of Superior Court to serve on such Appellate Division Parts as ordered by the Appellate Division Presiding Judge for Administration.
