SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Judge Robert Muir, Jr., retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective January 5, 2009 for two years or until further Order; and
It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall Judge Muir is temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Vicinage 10 (Morris/Sussex Counties).
