Retraction of Attorney Placed on the 2008 Ineligible List
The New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection declares that Richard E. Parke, Esq. should not have been included on the 2008 Ineligible List. His name should be stricken from the Court Order dated September 22, 2008 and published September 29, 2008.
