SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that the October 7, 2008 Order designating those Superior Court Judges authorized as Communications Data Warrant Judges effective October 23, 2008 is supplemented so as to designate Superior Court Judge Harry G. Carroll as an additional Communications Data Warrant Judge for Bergen County as of that same effective date.
