SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that effective retroactive to September 1, 2008 through October 10, 2008, Superior Court Judge Eugene A. Iadanza is assigned on a temporary basis to the Superior Court, Family Division, Mercer County (Vicinage 7). This amends the 2008-2009 General Assignment Order dated June 24, 2008 for that limited period.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that effective October 10, 2008, Judge Iadanza will be assigned to the Superior Court, Family Division, Monmouth County (Vicinage 9), as provided for in the 2008-2009 General Assignment Order.
