SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge John A. Fratto, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of May 22, 2007, in addition to the assignments set forth in that Order and in the April 14, 2008 supplemental Order, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the General Equity Division of Superior Court in Mercer County (Vicinage 7), effective immediately and until further order.
