Notice -- Post-Judgment Rate of Interest for Calendar Year 2009 (Rule 4:42-11)

Pursuant to Rule 4:42-11, the post-judgment annual rate of interest for calendar year 2009 (commencing January 1, 2009) will be 4.0%.
