SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge David G. Eynon, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, effective September 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, or until further order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall continuation, Judge Eynon will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court, Camden County (Vicinage 4), and to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
