SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Salem Vincent Ahto, who will be retired on pension effective July 2, 2008 and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, effective July 2, 2008 for two years, or until further Order; and
It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall Judge Ahto is temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Vicinage 10 (Morris and Sussex Counties) and to the Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) Resentencing Panel.
