SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge B. Thomas Leahy, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective June 2, 2008 or until further Order; and
It is further ORDERED that during this recall continuation Judge Leahy will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Vicinage 13 (Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Counties).
