It is ORDERED that effective July 14, 2008 and until further order, Superior Court Judge Claude M. Coleman is designated as a General Equity Disqualification Judge for Essex County (Vicinage 5), and Superior Court Judge John C. Kennedy is designated to continue as a General Equity Disqualification Judge for Essex County (Vicinage 5).
This amends the 2007-2008 General Assignment Order dated June 12, 2007, as previously amended by Order of January 31, 2008.
