It is ORDERED that effective July 14, 2008 and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Kenneth S. Levy is hereby designated as the Acting Assignment Judge for Essex County (Vicinage 5) in the event of the unavailability of Assignment Judge Patricia K. Costello.
This amends the 2007-08 General Assignment Order dated June 12, 2007.
