SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that effective September 1, 2008 the designation of Appellate Division Judge Philip S. Carchman to serve temporarily as Acting Administrative Director of the Courts pursuant to Rule 1:33-1, as effected by Order of May 17, 2004 and continued by Orders of October 26, 2006 and June 29, 2007, is concluded, with Judge Carchman resuming his assignment to the Appellate Division as of that date.
