It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Timothy J. Sullivan, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of February 5, 2008, in addition to the assignments set forth in that Order is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Bergen County (Vicinage 2), effective July 1, 2008 and until further order.
