SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Kenneth R. Stein, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of May 23, 2006, as supplemented by Order dated December 11, 2007, in addition to the assignments set forth in those Orders is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Bergen County (Vicinage 2), effective July 1, 2008 through July 13, 2008.
