SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Birger M. Sween, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective March 24, 2008 through April 19, 2009, or until further Order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall continuation, Judge Sween remains temporarily assigned to the Civil and Family Divisions of Superior Court in the Bergen Vicinage (Vicinage 2).
