SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that effective upon the April 1, 2008 retirement of Deputy Administrative Director Theodore J. Fetter and until further order, Director Christina P. Higgins, Office of Management and Administrative Services, Administrative Office of the Courts, in addition to her regular duties, is hereby designated pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:12-1 also to serve temporarily as Acting Deputy Administrative Director of the Courts, pending designation of a successor to Mr. Fetter as Deputy Administrative Director.
