SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Timothy J. Sullivan, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of February 14, 2006, as supplemented by the Order of April 4, 2006, in addition to the assignments set forth in those Orders, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Hudson County (Vicinage 3), effective retroactively from July 1, 2007 and until further Order.
