The New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection declares that Margo Eberlein, Esq., who was admitted to the Bar in 2004; Carolyn Comparato, Esq., admitted 2005; and Edward P. Hogan, Esq., admitted 2002, should not have been included on the 2007 Ineligible List. They were included on the List due to circumstances beyond their control.
Their names should be stricken from the Court Order dated September 19, 2007 and published September 24, 2007.
