Pursuant to Rule 1:41-1, it is ORDERED that, in addition to the ex officio members provided for by that Rule, the following individuals are appointed to the Municipal Court Administrator Certification Board (“Certification Board”) effective immediately for terms ending on December 31 of the year shown:

It is FURTHER ORDERED that Robert W. Smith is designated to serve as Certification Board Chair for the term January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that Michael D’Ecclessis is designated to serve as Certification Board Vice-Chair effective immediately through December 31, 2008.
