It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Martin A. Herman, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective January 2, 2008, or until further order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Herman remains temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Vicinage 15 (Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem) and to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
