It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge William C. Meehan, who will be retired on pension effective October 13, 2007 and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, effective October 13, 2007 for two years, or until further Order; and
It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall Judge Meehan is temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division, Bergen County (Vicinage 2).
