It is ORDERED that, effective immediately, the provisions of the Court's February 11, 2002 order and March 18, 2002 and September 26, 2005 amendatory order regarding the mass tort designation of all New Jersey state court litigation brought by public entities involving lead-based paint and the centralized case management of that litigation are terminated.
