It is ORDERED that, effective immediately, the provisions of the Court's September 17, 2001 order and October 1, 2004 amendatory order regarding the mass tort designation of all New Jersey state court litigation involving PPA (Phenylprepanolamine) and the centralized case management of that litigation are terminated.
